7 kwietnia 2016r. weszła w życie kolejna pula obowiązków wynikających z Rozporządzenia 1227/2011 z dnia 25 października 2011 r. w sprawie integralności i przejrzystości hurtowego rynku energii oraz Rozporządzenia Wykonawczego nr 1348/2014 z dnia 17 grudnia 2014r. Obowiązki te dotyczą raportowania transakcji zawieranych na rynku OTC oraz przekazywania tzw. danych fundamentalnych dotyczących gazu ziemnego.

Kancelaria BWW doradzała OGP Gaz- System w procesie uzyskania certyfikatu niezależności w związku z pełnieniem funkcji operatora systemu przesyłowego na polskim odcinku gazociągu Jamał – Europa Zachodnia. Gaz- System będzie na wskazanym odcinku wykonywał obowiązki operatorskie w modelu ISO (Independent System Operator), zgodnie z postanowieniami dyrektywy 2009/73/WE.
