New REMIT obligations came into force

Further duties arising from the Regulation 1227/2011 of 25 October 2011. on the integrity and transparency of wholesale energy market and Implementing Regulation No. 1348/2014 of 17 December 2014 came into force on 7 April 2016.

These  new group of the obligations concerns reporting of  the transactions concluded on the  OTC market and the reporting of the so-called. fundamental data on natural gas.
