LNG Terminal in Świnoujście with a permission to use

On 27 April 2016 the West Pomeranian Governor signed a permission to use for the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście. After a commissioning phase and all necessary tests, a permission to use is crucial administrative decision enabling commercial exploitation of the Terminal.

LNG Terminal in Świnoujście is one of the most strategic Polish investments, which assures real diversification of the gas supply to Poland. Terminal introduces our country to the group of the active participants of the worldwide LNG market.

Lawyers from the BWW has been supporting Polskie LNG during whole period of the investement?s realization in the scope of the regulatory consulting. We participated also in the works on preparation of the consulted LNG Terminal Code, which describes rules of its commercial exploitation
