Consultations concerning Code of the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście.

Public consultation of the draft of the LNG Terminal Code will last until 9 May. The Code of the LNG Termnial is the basic act regulating the principles of commercial use of the regasification installation, from this reason it is important to collect the views of the market participants and potential users of the Terminal.

BWW lawyers were involved in the process of drafting the LNG Terminal Code and provided legal support to the company Polskie LNG S.A. which is responsible for the construction and future operation of the Terminal.
