Consultation of the Transmission Network Code and TGPS Transmission Network Code.

Together with the preparation of new versions Transmission Network Code and TGPS Transmission Network Code, Transmission System Operator has conducted consultations with network users.

The detailed provisions Instructions need to be adapted to the requirements laid down in Commission Regulation (EU) No 312/2014 of 26 March 2014 establishing a Network Code on Gas Balancing of transmission networks and the Commission Regulation (EU) No 984/2013 of 14 October 2013 establishing a Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms in Gas Transmission Systems and supplementing Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 715/2009.

Consultation with network users are aimed at gathering the views of market participants with regard to proposed changes to the TNCs. Consultation allows TSO properly adapt provisions of the TNCs to the expectations of all interested parties.

BWW lawyers supported the OGP Gaz-System is in the process of preparing a new version of the TNCs and the implementation of specific provisions of the Network Codes for new balancing rules and mechanisms of capacity allocation.
