We support Poland’s leading podcast event

Our partnership with ‘Podcast of the Year’, a competition named after editor Janusz Majka, has become a firm tradition for our firm.

‘Podcast of the Year’ is the first nationwide event of its kind to promote quality, originality and the cultural value of various audio formats in digital media

The competition commemorates editor Janusz Majka, who was associated with Polish Radio in Rzeszów for almost 40 years and died in February 2021 from COVID-19. The event is growing rapidly year on year.

This time, the main competition was preceded by a special prelude known as Inspiration Day. The format of the event, which took place on 21 May this year in Warsaw, combined a workshop section, aimed at creators and representatives of the digital media industry, with open meet-the-author sessions for the public.

The winners of the sixth edition of the competition will be announced on 5 December 2026 during the grand final gala, which will traditionally take place in Rzeszów.
