BWW law firm with a strong position in the ‘Legal 500’ ranking
After 6 years, the organisers of the compilation have prepared a survey of client satisfaction in their contact with the law firms presented in this ranking. This is the largest survey of the legal market in Europe.
We are pleased to announce that BWW law firm achieved a very good result in this verification. The survey covered a large number of entities, but only those with the highest indication in client experience, like BWW, will be promoted with the official ‘Legal 500’ label.

The survey comprised a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions on service and experience, for which specific points and scores were awarded, according to the NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicator, selected for the legal segment in terms of measuring client loyalty.
