BWW lawyers working visit to the LNG terminal in Swinoujscie.
On October 31, 2014 our lawyers took part in a working meeting at the LNG Terminal in Swinoujscie. During the visit, lawyers had an opportunity to know technical determinants of the Terminal and the possibilities which Installation offers.
Terminal in Swinoujscie allows a regasification of liquefied natural gas in the amount of nearly 5 billion m3 per year. It creates new prospects for the development of the gas market in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe and is an important guarantee of diversification of supplies.
BWW law firm is involved in a number of projects affecting on the development of an integrated and liberalized gas market in Poland. Our lawyers attended in the preparation and negotiation of regasification agreement entered into between the company PLNG, and PGNiG SA and the current Instructions Terminal.
Participation in the working meeting in the LNG Terminal allowed our lawyers to better understand the technical capabilities of the terminal and its importance for the entire gas market in Poland.
